January is here and we are here for it! After a wonderful snowy Christmas & frosty New Year, we are back to regular shop hours and planning the year ahead. Come on 2022- lets be a great year!!!

We've got big things in the works… but first we have a new family member to *help* around here. If you haven't heard, Molly & Ben welcomed their first child right before Christmas! Baby boy- Liam Roy Carter!!! We're so excited to have a new member join the Brass + Oak family! Isn’t he sooooo cute??!!

Molly is taking some extra time off from designing to spend with her little bundle of joy, but that doesn’t mean things are slowing down around here! If you've been following us long enough you know we only have 2 sales a year, and one of them just so happens to be this month! We will be hosting our semi-annual sale January 21st & 22nd, with our special VIP event starting Thursday the 20th from 4pm-6pm. That’s right- if you are getting this email- you are VIP!!! Have you seen our velvet Ethan sofa (see below)? It's the dreamy piece you never knew you needed, but just might!!!

Here are some great tips for you to prepare and be ready for the sale:

-First always measure your space! Many of our sofas are available in different lengths, and we want to make sure you get one that fits just right.

-Second, think about how you use your space! Which direction do you want to face, how many people do you want to seat comfortably, what type of materials would would best (casual, kid/ pet friendly, glamorous, etc.)

-Third, bring in those swatches! We have a ton of fabrics to choose from, and making sure the one you love will go well in your space is key. Do you have a pillow from an existing piece you want to coordinate with? Do you have a paint swatch you can bring in, a flooring sample, etc.

-Forth, take pictures of your space! We are happy to take a look and help you choose something that will really pop!

-Lastly, are their any obstacles in the space? heating vents, south facing windows, floor outlets you want exposed? We can help you work around these, but if we don’t know about them we wont be able to guide you…
