Tips on how to prepare for the sale:

1. Pop into the shop BEFORE the sale to pre-shop and pick your items! Then simply set your alarms & be the first at the door when the sale starts! This ensures the best chance of getting what you want on sale day!!

2. Always measure your space! Many of our sofas and area rugs are available in different sizes, and we want to make sure you are confident that you get one that fits just right. 

3. Take pictures of your space! We are happy to take a look at any photos you bring - the more you bring, the better we can help you!

4. Think about how you use your space! Which direction do you want to face, how many people do you want to seat comfortably, what type of materials would would best (casual, kid/pet friendly, glamorous, etc.)

5. Bring in those swatches! We have a ton of fabrics to choose from, and making sure the one you love will go well in your space is key. Do you have a pillow from an existing piece you want to coordinate with? Do you have a paint swatch you can bring in, a flooring sample, etc.  

6. Are there any obstacles in the space? Heating vents, south facing windows, floor outlets you want exposed? We can help you work around these, but if we don’t know about them we wont be able to guide you…

Happy 4th of July everybody!!! Summer came in HOT this year! We don’t know about you guys.. but we are so excited about this warmer weather - because that means backyard BBQ’s, days out by the pool, and spending time outdoors with friends and family!

Gather up some ingredients and make your very own rub or spice blend in a hand carved mortar and pestle - it’s sure to impress!!! Last month in our Father’s Day email blast, we introduced you to Christina of House of Quail! Her handmade charcuterie and serving boards are absolute showstoppers at any gathering! Sorry you didn’t get to meet the artist herself last weekend - she was out with covid, but great news! She has rebooked for August 20th, and she will be here in person with more lovely products to shop!

Speaking of things you absolutely need this summer.. There are a few things we won’t leave the house without when we’re ready to hit the beach! We’ve got tons of baskets of all shapes and sizes, they’re just as cute as they are convenient! Perfect for storage, taking to farmers markets, or packing up for the beach! Here’s what we’ve got in our beach baskets!

If you’ve been following us for a while now, you know how obsessed we are with Turkish Towels! Lightweight, super absorbent, easy to stash in any bag or basket, and we have all new colors available just in time for the summer months! We’re also grabbing our favorite handmade Domino Set (snag one here today!), fun for the whole family! Make sure to bring an apron - our vintage Denim Aprons are perfect for a day of barbecuing and drinks by the water!

Molly’s Tip: Freeze some oversized ice cubes a day or two before you head to your destination! Fill up a ziplock baggie and stash them in your cooler for a quick cooldown! They’ll keep your drinks cool all day long!
